Refund policy

Damage or missing Item: We are responsible for any damaged or missing item and have no question asked policy to replace such item.

Partial Payment Refund If a customer refuses to accept a product due to any reason after it has been dispatched, the partial payment will be forfeited toward shipping charges. This means that the amount paid by the customer will be used to cover the shipping costs incurred.

Digital Worksheet Refund: we maintain a strict no refund policy for digital product purchases.

Physical Kit Due to nature of the product we do not take returns or refund once the product is dispatched.
